Questions

What do I need to do waterproofing for Roundhouse?

A current WSIB clearance certificate where the law requires coverage, and liability insurance with the certificate on file. Work on the drain itself goes to a licensed drain contractor.

Will I know where the water is coming in?

The job carries the tenant's photos of where the water appears, with access arranged and the scope locked. Finding the source is part of the work you quote.

How and when am I paid?

Seven days from close out, by e-transfer or EFT, at the rate you quoted. There is no charge for being paid on time.

Does the tenant ever pay me?

No. Roundhouse is your customer. You invoice Roundhouse, and the tenant never pays you or changes the job on site.
