What the site does

  1. Pages are built to work with a keyboard. Every link, button and field can be reached with the Tab key, and the item in focus is outlined.
  2. Images carry text descriptions. Video loops play without sound and add nothing a page's text does not already say.
  3. If your device is set to reduce motion, animation and transitions stop.
  4. The request and application forms work without JavaScript, and each field has a written label.
  5. Ontario requires WCAG 2.0 Level AA on public websites of businesses with 50 or more employees. We use that standard for this site as our own target.

Ask for another format

  1. If a page, a document or a form does not work for you, tell us what you need: a document in another format, a phone call instead of a form, or help filling something in.
  2. We provide it at no extra cost and agree the format with you.
03

Send feedback

  1. Email info@roundhousegroup.ca, or use the chat on any page.
  2. Tell us the page and what went wrong, if you can.
04

What we do with feedback

  1. A person reads it and replies to you.
  2. If you raised a barrier, we tell you what we will change and fix the page or document, or give you the information another way in the meantime.
  3. If you tell us this feedback process itself does not work for you, we offer another way to reach us.

Ontario rules

  1. Ontario's Integrated Accessibility Standards require every provider of goods or services with at least one employee in Ontario to have a process for receiving and responding to feedback about how it serves people with disabilities, and to make that process public.
  2. The same regulation requires accessible formats and communication supports on request, at no more than the regular cost.
