Questions

Who makes a warranty claim?

Whoever sent the original job. That is the property manager, the landlord, the condo manager or the builder. Residents report the problem to us the same way they report any repair.

Is a warranty return visit billed?

Not when the fault is covered. When it is not covered, you get a written quote first, and nothing is booked without your approval.

What is the callback window?

If a job is incomplete or not done right, we come back within 3 calendar days, with no charge for labour, materials, diagnosis or travel.

Does the resident get notice for a warranty visit?

Yes. A warranty visit is entry for a repair, so it follows the same rule as the first visit, 24 hours written notice or the resident's consent at the time of entry.

Do I chase the trade who did the work?

No. The warranty is ours. You send the claim to Roundhouse, and we deal with the trade.
