Questions

Do I need a licence to clean for Roundhouse?

No. Cleaning needs no trade licence in Ontario. You do need WSIB coverage where the law requires it, a current clearance certificate and liability insurance on file.

Is the checklist agreed before I accept the job?

Yes. You confirm the room checklist and any waste removal before accepting, and the unit is photographed before your visit so you know what you are walking into.

How do I get into a vacant unit?

Keys are arranged and on the record, and the elevator is booked where the building needs it.

How and when am I paid?

Seven days from close out, by e-transfer or EFT, at the rate you quoted. There is no charge for being paid on time.

Does the tenant ever pay me?

No. Roundhouse is your customer. You invoice Roundhouse, and the tenant never pays you or changes the job on site.
