  • Liability insuranceThe certificate is on file.
  • Close out photosOf the installed unit running, taken before you leave.

Questions

Can I connect gas ranges and gas dryers?

Only a TSSA registered contractor can. Flag a gas appliance before you start unless your registration is on file.

Who confirms measurements and the elevator booking?

We confirm measurements, stairs, the elevator booking and the water and power connections before you accept the job.

How and when am I paid?

Seven days from close out, by e-transfer or EFT, at the rate you quoted. There is no charge for being paid on time.

Does the tenant ever pay me?

No. Roundhouse is your customer. You invoice Roundhouse, and the tenant never pays you or changes the job on site.
