I own a few units, not a portfolio. Is that enough?

Yes. Landlords and owners send single jobs, and each one runs the same way as a portfolio's.

Is there a fee to start?

No. Each job is priced on its own. A service call is $150 plus HST, credited to the job when the work goes ahead with us.

How does a trade apply?

Through the application on the trades page. Liability insurance is required to apply.

How do residents reach Roundhouse?

By the portal, text or phone their manager gives them, at any hour.
