# Every job closes with a report you can forward

Every job closes with timed before and after photos and a work order report, in the same format whichever trade did the work. Here is a sample, then the checks that produce it.

## A job moves on only when the facts exist

Each stage has facts that must be on file before the job can pass it. An exception needs a written reason, and the reason stays on the record.

| Stage | On file before it moves on |
|---|---|
| Request | Property, unit, what was reported, access, the resident's name and phone, your reference |
| Quote | A written quote, or your standing approval limit covers it |
| Approval | Your approval, with who gave it, when and how |
| Booked | A trade has accepted and the visit window is set |
| Close out | Before photos, after photos, what was found and what was done |
| Invoice | The invoice, carrying your reference when you require one |

## Photos that prove the work

- **Taken on site.** By the trade, at the job, on every visit.
- **Paired.** Each after photo sits beside the before photo of the same spot.
- **Timed.** Every photo carries the time it was taken.
- **Required.** No before and after pair, no report.

Photos the resident sends when reporting are kept on the same record.

## The invoice matches the report

One invoice per job, carrying your reference number and the approved scope. Ask, and a work evidence page with the photo pairs goes with it. [How billing works](https://roundhousegroup.ca/billing/).

## Built for insurers, adjusters and boards

> Reports are built to the standard insurers and adjusters ask for.

Dated before and after photos, the cause, the scope, parts and sign off, with a timeline of every stage showing who and when.

## Questions

### Do small jobs get a report too?

Yes. A dripping tap gets the same report as a roof repair, in the same format, whichever trade did the work.

### Will my insurer accept the report?

That is your insurer's decision, and we do not make it for them. The report carries what an adjuster asks for on a claim. The Insurance Bureau of Canada tells policyholders to photograph the damage and keep receipts and invoices, and the report and invoice give you both.

### Whose name is on the report?

Roundhouse Maintenance Group, as the contractor on the job. The report also says what kind of trade attended and the licence the work needed, such as a licensed plumber. Roundhouse is your vendor and answers for the work.

### Can I get a report again months later?

Yes. Every report stays on the job record in your tracking portal, and we resend any one on request.

### What happens if the repair fails?

The warranty runs from completion, and the report prints its end date. If the work is incomplete or not right, we come back within 3 calendar days at no charge. See the [warranty](https://roundhousegroup.ca/warranty/).
