Our licensed trades do every repair. Each job is checked at every stage and closes with timed photo pairs, a report and one invoice.

Gas work goes to TSSA registered contractors and pest control to licensed exterminators. We only use ECRA/ESA-Licensed Electrical Contractors.

## Our promises are in writing

- **Response targets.** For an emergency, a person on the line within 15 minutes and a trade on site within 2 hours in the GTA, 4 hours elsewhere in our service area.
- **Warranty.** 60 days to 2 years depending on the work, counted from completion, with the end date printed on the report.
- **Free callback.** Work that is incomplete or not right gets a return visit within 3 calendar days at no charge.
- **Price match.** Send us a written quote for the same scope from an insured contractor, licensed where the work needs it, dated within 30 days of ours and before the work starts, and we match it.

Residents reach our intake by text or phone at any hour. This website is not an emergency line.

## Questions

### Are you a contractor or a software company?

A maintenance company. Our licensed trades do the work. The portal, the AI intake and the sync with your software are how we keep one record of it, and there is nothing for you to buy or learn.

### Is one vendor dearer than hiring trades myself?

Every job is quoted in writing before work starts, so you see the number before you approve it. Send us a written quote for the same scope from an insured contractor, licensed where the work needs it, dated within 30 days of ours and before the work starts, and we match it.

### Can I keep a trade I already trust?

Yes. Tell us at setup which work stays with them. Everything you send us comes back on the same record.

### Do you have references?

Not yet. Roundhouse is new, and this site says so. What you can check today is the licensing behind the work, the terms in writing and a sample work order report.

### What if I am not happy with the work?

If the work is not right, we come back and fix it at no charge. A callback on work that is incomplete or not right is made within 3 calendar days, with no charge for labour, materials, diagnosis or travel.

### Do you take work from landlords directly?

Yes. One unit or one building is enough to start, and the job runs the same way as a portfolio's.
