# Landscaping at Toronto rentals, paid in seven days

Roundhouse is adding landscapers and grounds crews to its own trades for Toronto residential rentals. You quote, we confirm, the tenants have been told you are coming, and you are paid seven days after close out at your rate.

## Grounds jobs you can quote

- **Lawn care and landscaping.** Plus spring and fall cleanups, on a schedule or as a one off.
- **Repairs outside.** Fence and deck repairs, and eavestrough cleaning.
- **After a move out.** Junk and debris removal.

## Tenants on site, handled before you arrive

- **Photos of the yard.** On the job before you drive.
- **Gate codes and access.** Arranged, with the scope locked.
- **Their belongings stay put.** Nothing of theirs moved or removed unless we have confirmed it in writing.

## What we ask in return

- **WSIB clearance.** Where WSIB coverage applies to your work, a current clearance, checked before booking and before every payment, because without it the principal can be liable for a contractor's unpaid premiums.
- **Liability insurance.** The certificate is on file.
- **Close out photos.** Before and after of every area worked, taken before you leave the property.

## Pay terms

- 7 days from close out to payment. By e-transfer or EFT, no factoring, no early pay charge.
- 0% deducted from your invoice. The rate you quoted is the rate you are paid.
- 1 customer to deal with. Access arranged, scope locked, photos before you drive.
