# Turnover cleaning in Toronto rentals, paid in seven days

Roundhouse is adding cleaners to its own trades for Toronto residential rentals. You quote, we confirm, the keys are arranged, and you are paid seven days after close out at your rate.

## Cleaning jobs you can quote

- **Turnover cleans.** After the repairs and the paint: kitchen, bathrooms, inside the appliances, windows, floors and closets.
- **Vacant units.** Semis, duplexes, walk ups and condos, with keys on the record.
- **Waste removal.** Where the job calls for it, agreed before you accept.

## You know the unit before you drive

- **A room checklist.** Agreed before you drive, so the scope does not move.
- **Photos first.** The unit is photographed before your visit.
- **Access arranged.** Keys on the record and the elevator booked where the building needs it.

## What we ask in return

- **Confirm the checklist.** And any waste removal, before accepting the job.
- **WSIB clearance.** Where the law requires coverage. Roundhouse checks it before booking and before every payment.
- **Liability insurance.** The certificate is on file.
- **Close out photos.** Of every room, taken before you leave the unit.

## Pay terms

- 7 days from close out to payment. By e-transfer or EFT, no factoring, no early pay charge.
- 0% deducted from your invoice. The rate you quoted is the rate you are paid.
- 1 customer to deal with. Access arranged, scope locked, photos before you drive.

### How do I get into a vacant unit?

Keys are arranged and on the record, and the elevator is booked where the building needs it.

### How and when am I paid?

Seven days from close out, by e-transfer or EFT, at the rate you quoted. There is no charge for being paid on time.

### Does the tenant ever pay me?

No. Roundhouse is your customer. You invoice Roundhouse, and the tenant never pays you or changes the job on site.
