# Roof repairs with photos from the roof, not the ground

A stain spreading on the top floor ceiling, shingles in the yard after a windstorm. Our roofers go up, photograph the cause and fix it.

## The roofing calls you send us

- **Shingle roofs.** Lifted, cracked and missing shingles replaced, and full replacements quoted separately.
- **Flat roofs.** Membrane repairs, coatings and roof drains on low rise buildings.
- **Flashing.** At chimneys, walls, skylights and vents, where leaks often start.
- **Eavestroughs and downspouts.** Cleaned, rehung, resealed or replaced.

## Up on the roof, then the report

1. **Inside first.** The tenant shows where the water appears, with photos through our intake.
2. **On the roof.** The roofer traces the leak to its entry and photographs the cause.
3. **Quote from site.** Repair or replacement, priced the moment the visit ends.
4. **Tenants told.** Dates, ladder and material areas, and what to keep clear in the yard.

## What the report shows on a roofing job

- **The cause.** The lifted shingle, cracked boot or open flashing, photographed in place.
- **Before and after.** The same spot repaired, from the same angle, on the roof.
- **The ceiling inside.** The stain as found, and the repair once the roof is dry.

## A written warranty on roofing work

Roofing work carries the roofing, exterior and structural term below, from completion. A job that is incomplete or not right gets a callback within 3 calendar days, at no charge.

## Questions

### Repair or replace?

The roofer photographs the whole roof, not just the leak, and the quote says which it is and why. A replacement always comes back as a written quote first.

### Is every roofer trained for working at heights?

Yes. Ontario requires working at heights training for roofing work, and every roofer we book holds it. Each roofer's WSIB clearance is checked before booking and before every payment.

### What about the ceiling inside?

A leak into a unit gets the ceiling checked from inside, on consent or 24 hours written notice, and the drywall repair goes on the same job once the roof is dry.

### Do you do flat roofs?

Yes. Flat roof repairs and coatings, flashing at walls and penetrations, and the drains on the roof.
