### What does a plumbing call cost?

A service call is $150 plus HST, credited to the job when the work goes ahead with us. Anything above your approval limit is quoted from site before the work starts.

### Do you clear drains as well?

Yes. Licensed drain contractors snake or auger the line, and run a camera when the same drain keeps backing up. Drains are excluded from the warranty, because a blockage can come back from what goes down it.

### Who arranges access to the unit?

We do. Entry is on the tenant's consent or 24 hours written notice, and a running leak is handled as an emergency entry under the Residential Tenancies Act.

### Do you work on gas water heaters?

Yes. Gas connections on water heaters are made by TSSA registered contractors, and the rating plate is photographed for your file.

### Who pays when water comes from the unit above?
