A drain job and a pest treatment close with the same report. ## Licensed where Ontario requires it Electrical, gas and pest control are regulated work in Ontario, and ours is done by the people the rules require. We only use ECRA/ESA-Licensed Electrical Contractors. Gas is done by TSSA registered contractors, and pest control by licensed exterminators. ## One price rule for every trade A service call is $150 plus HST, credited to the job when the work goes ahead with us. Work within your approval limit goes ahead. Anything above it is quoted from site the moment the visit ends, and waits for your yes. ## A written warranty, by the type of work Every job carries a warranty of 60 days to 2 years depending on the work, from completion, and a callback within 3 calendar days if the work is not right. No. Every trade on this page is booked through us, on one intake, closed with one report and billed on one invoice. ### Are appliances and pest control really included? Yes. Appliance repairs, delivery and installs, and pest control by licensed exterminators, on the same record as every other job. ### What does a job cost? A service call is $150 plus HST, credited to the job when the work goes ahead with us. Larger work is quoted from site against your approval limit, with a price match on a written quote from a licensed, insured contractor. ### Who does the licensed work? We only use ECRA/ESA-Licensed Electrical Contractors. Gas work is done by TSSA registered contractors and pest control by licensed exterminators. Licence details are sent to clients on request. ### Is this website an emergency line? No. Emergencies go to our intake by phone or text and are answered 24/7. What counts: Plumbing, electrical, major appliance and heating or cooling failures, lockouts, and a door that will not lock.
