# Electrical repairs by licensed contractors, with photo proof

Dead outlets, flickering lights and breakers that keep tripping, fixed by licensed electrical contractors, with the notice, photos and invoice on one record.

We only use ECRA/ESA-Licensed Electrical Contractors. Intake tries the breaker with the resident first, and when that fails a licensed contractor does the repair.

## The electrical calls you send us

- **Outlets and switches.** Dead, loose or scorched outlets, switches and GFCIs replaced.
- **Lights and fans.** Fixtures, ceiling fans and flickering circuits, repaired or swapped.
- **Breakers and panels.** Circuits that trip, failed breakers and panel work, with ESA notification where required.
- **Smoke and CO alarms.** Hardwired alarms replaced and tested, ready for the owner's records.

## The breaker first, the contractor second

1. **Remote check.** Intake asks which rooms are out, when it started, and walks the resident to the panel.
2. **The right parts.** The contractor arrives knowing the device, the room and the circuit.
3. **Power planned.** If the power has to go off, the tenant knows when and for how long beforehand.
4. **Quote from site.** Work above your approval limit comes back as an instant quote when the visit ends.

> This website is not an emergency line. Sparking, burning smells or no power go to our intake by phone or text, answered 24/7.

## What the report shows on an electrical job

- **The panel.** The breaker found and the circuit labelled, photographed for the next visit.
- **The device, before and after.** The scorched outlet out, the new one in, from the same angle.
- **The test.** The outlet tester or alarm test showing a pass after the repair.
- **The ESA paperwork.** The notification or inspection record attached to the job when the work needs one.

## Questions

### Who does the electrical work?

We only use ECRA/ESA-Licensed Electrical Contractors. Licence details are sent to clients on request.

### Is the ESA notification extra?

No. Where the work needs an ESA notification or inspection, it is part of the scope we quote, not an add on.

### What counts as an electrical emergency?

Loss of power to a unit, sparking, burning smells and anything that is a shock risk. Emergencies are answered 24/7, with a trade on site within 2 hours in the GTA, 4 hours elsewhere in our service area, as a target.

### Does the tenant lose power during the repair?

Sometimes, for a circuit or panel job. The tenant is told when and for how long before the visit, not on the day.

### What does an electrical call cost?

A service call is $150 plus HST, credited to the job when the work goes ahead with us. Anything above your approval limit is quoted from site first.
