# Move-in and move-out cleaning, photographed room by room

Move-in, move-out and turnover cleans, deep cleans, common areas and post construction, done by our cleaners to a checklist you have seen.

The last clean before a move-in should be the only one. Ours goes in after repairs and paint, to a checklist you have already seen.

## The cleans you send us

- **Move-out and move-in.** The full unit after the last tenant leaves, and a final clean before the next one gets the keys.
- **Deep and occupied unit cleans.** Inside the oven, fridge and cabinets, baseboards, windows and tracks, booked with the tenant when the unit is lived in.
- **Common areas.** Hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms and entrances, on a schedule.
- **Post construction.** Dust, paint and debris cleared after a renovation or a new build, before handover.

## Timed to the turnover

1. **Checklist agreed.** You approve the room list once, and every clean follows it.
2. **After the paint.** The final clean goes in after repairs and paint have dried.
3. **Access set.** Keys, lockbox codes and the condo elevator are confirmed on the same schedule.
4. **Photos taken.** Every room is photographed against the checklist before the job closes.

## What the report shows on a clean

- **Every room, before and after.** Same angles, so the difference is plain.
- **Inside the appliances.** The oven and fridge, opened and photographed.
- **Anything found.** Damage or a missing item, with a photo and a next step.

## Done right, or we come back

If the work is not right, we come back and fix it at no charge. A room that is missed or not right gets a callback within 3 calendar days.

### Do you clean before a move-in?

Yes. The move-in clean goes in last, after repairs and paint have dried, so the new tenant gets the keys to a unit cleaned once.

### What is on the checklist?

Every room, and inside the oven, fridge, cabinets and closets, plus baseboards, windows and tracks on a deep clean. You see it and change it before the first job.

### Do you clean common areas on a schedule?

Yes. Hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms and entrances, weekly, monthly or as a one off, with photos of each visit.

### What if the cleaner finds damage?

It goes on the report with a photo and a next step, so a broken blind is fixed before move-in, not found by the new tenant.

### What if a room is missed?

Tell us and we come back within 3 calendar days, at no charge.
