One fixed figure: the service call. Every other price is quoted in writing first, and we match a lower written quote for the same scope.

## One fixed figure: the service call

A service call is $150 plus HST. It covers the visit to find the fault and price the fix, and it is credited to the job when the work goes ahead with us. Decline the quote and the service call is all you pay.

## Everything else is quoted first

- **The scope.** What will be done, and what is left out.
- **The price.** Before HST, with HST as its own line on the invoice.
- **The warranty.** The term for that type of work, counted from completion.
- **The approval.** Above your limit, the quote waits for the approver you name.

## Found it cheaper? We match it

Send us a written quote for the same scope from an insured contractor, licensed where the work needs it, dated within 30 days of ours and before the work starts, and we match it. Send the other quote to info@roundhousegroup.ca with the job number from ours.

## Not right? We come back

If the work is not right, we come back and fix it at no charge. A callback on work that is incomplete or not done right is made within 3 calendar days, with no charge for labour, materials, diagnosis or travel. After that, the [warranty by work type](https://roundhousegroup.ca/warranty/) applies.

## Payment

### Do you publish a price list?

No. Every job is quoted in writing on its own scope before work starts. The one fixed figure is the service call.

### Do I pay the service call if the work goes ahead?

No. The service call is credited to the job when the work goes ahead with us. If you decline the quote, only the service call is charged.
