## Managers, landlords, boards and builders

Send a job, your approval rules or a question. The form on this page reaches our team, and a person replies to the email you give. Clients follow every job in their building tracking portal. Emergencies are answered 24/7.

## Tenants in a building we maintain

Report repairs through the Roundhouse resident portal, by text or by phone, at any hour. AI intake answers there. This public website is not an emergency line. If there is a fire or anyone is in danger, call 911.

## Trades

Apply with your trade, area, licence, WSIB clearance and liability insurance. You are paid seven days from close out, at the rate you quoted.
