# One invoice per job, carrying your reference

Every job ends in one invoice the day it closes, with your reference number, the approved scope and the work order report behind it.

## The service call is credited to the job

A service call is $150 plus HST, credited to the job when the work goes ahead with us. Decline the quoted repair and only the service call is charged.

## Nothing starts without a written quote

Anything beyond the service call is quoted in writing. You approve by the link in the quote, by email reply, by phone, or inside your standing limit, and we record who, when and how. A change found on site waits for a fresh approval.

## Your rules apply to every job

- **Approval limit.** Below it we go ahead and the quote reaches you as a notice; above it, the quote waits for your approver.
- **Your reference.** The PO or work order number you require is on the report and the invoice, so both match your system.
- **Who gets billed.** You, your firm or the owner you name, and never the resident.
- **Photos on the invoice.** Ask, and a work evidence page with the photo pairs goes with every invoice.

## Questions

### Can invoices go to the owner instead of us?

Yes. Tell us at setup who is billed for each building, and every invoice for it goes there.

### Do you send a monthly statement?

Yes, if you want one. Each job still gets its own invoice, and the statement lists them on the day you choose.

### What if the job changes on site?

The change is quoted and waits for approval. Nothing outside the approved scope is done or billed.

### When is payment due?

Due on receipt. Financing may be available on larger jobs, subject to approval.

### Is HST included in the quote?

No. Prices are before HST, which is its own line on the invoice.
