# Maintenance built by someone who has managed it

Roundhouse is one maintenance vendor for Ontario buildings. Our licensed trades do the work, and every job closes with photos, a report and one invoice.

## Why Roundhouse exists

A manager who hires trades one at a time gets a vendor for each repair, an invoice in each format and photos scattered across inboxes. The work gets done, but nobody can show it. Roundhouse fixes that from the manager's side: one vendor answers for every repair, and every job comes back documented the same way.

## What we believe about maintenance

- **A repair is not done until it is on record.** Before and after photos, what was found, what was done and who signed off.
- **The manager is not the dispatcher.** We talk to the resident, arrange access and chase the trade.
- **Licensed work goes to licensed trades.** Gas to TSSA registered contractors, pest control to licensed exterminators.
- **Trades get paid properly.** Seven days from close out, at the rate they quoted, so the good ones stay.

We only use ECRA/ESA-Licensed Electrical Contractors.

## Why the name

A railway roundhouse brings every engine to one turntable and sends each to the right bay. Every request comes to one place and goes to the right trade.

No. It is a maintenance company. The portal, the AI intake and the sync with your software are how we keep the record, not what we sell.
